岗位职责:

• Be responsible for KMS system maintenance on BU level with logic and comprehension, mainly focus on data collaboration of KMS system, upload and update relating to documentation and information in system with based on working process, BU requirements, project meeting arrangement and schedule planning etc. (60%)

• Support on the internal company communication, e.g. BU internal information delivery, collaboration with KTM team. (10%)

• Support in the review the KMS system with efficiency oriented and quality-based approach. (10%)

• Perform other duties assigned by Reporting Manager and / or BL Manager (20%)

任职条件:

• Bachelor’s degree or above with CET 6 or above

• > 1-3 years of working experience in database maintenance or data analysis

• Proficient MS office, excel, PPT skill, data analysis is a plus

• Careful, patient and reliable working behavior, strong teamwork spirit;

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese (Mandarin) with interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timeframes in a complex organizational structure.

• Objective-oriented and result-driven mindset

• Work efficiency under pressure

• Certification of PMP is a plus
